Refund & Exchange Policy

At Moasis.in (operated by Sri Balaji Company), customer satisfaction and product quality are our priorities. Please note, however, that we do not accept returns after delivery. Exchanges are permitted only under specific conditions outlined below.

Exchange Eligibility

You may request an exchange exclusively in the following scenarios:

Incorrect item received (product mismatch)
Defective or expired product delivered

If your situation qualifies, we will provide a free replacement depending on product availability in our inventory.

Conditions and Exceptions

Kindly note the following conditions carefully before initiating an exchange:

All products must be returned unused, in original condition, with all original packaging and labels intact.
Exchanges are processed only if your delivery location is serviceable by our logistics partners.
Any free gift or promotional items included with your original purchase must be returned. Failure to return these items may result in the deduction of their value from any eligible refund or exchange.
If opting for self-shipping, please ensure the products are packed securely. We recommend using a trusted courier service.
Perishable products (e.g., seeds, flowers) cannot be exchanged if the packet has been opened or damaged.
Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving your delivery.
Complaints related to product issues should be raised within 2 days of receiving the item and must include an unboxing video sent to balajifertilizers@gmail.com.
Valid proof of purchase (invoice or order ID) is mandatory for all exchanges.

Please do not return products directly to the manufacturer.

Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email, phone, or WhatsApp about the status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 to 10 working days, and credited directly to your original payment method.

Sri Balaji Company reserves the right to cancel any order, either in part or fully, due to factors including (but not limited to):

Product unavailability
Logistics constraints
Fraudulent activity
Force majeure (unforeseen circumstances)
Violations of our Terms of Use

In such cases, any prepaid amounts will be refunded according to this policy.

Late or Missing Refunds

If your approved refund has not been received yet, please:

Double-check your bank account or original payment method.
Contact your bank or credit card provider; refunds often require additional processing time.

Shipping Policy

We offer free/paid shipping for all orders to be delivered within India. We usually ship orders within 2-3 days through our registered & reliable courier partners.

Delivery timelines are indicative and, on some occasions, there might be some delay due to unavoidable circumstances." If delivery or performance deadlines are not met for reasons beyond our control, such as force majeure or any other unforeseen event", that affects our component suppliers, the agreed deadlines shall be extended for a reasonable period. If there are multiple items, delivery might take some time.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If a refund is approved, the cost incurred for return shipping will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Governing Law

All matters arising from this policy shall be governed and interpreted according to the laws of India, subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the courts in Dharmapuri, Tamil Nadu.
